I was super surprised to get these in my inbox this afternoon; very nice photos of my book compliments from Print Ninja. While the 25 airmail copies were sold during the October artwalk almost immediately, I do have 475 more copies (350 of which are still available) on their way that should be here any day now. Copies are available at msAnnaArt.com The kids were having a great time with this book during the DIY Trunk Show. I am really looking forward to fairs with facepainting and copies of this book.

There is no talking in it, but I’m pretty proud of my new little creation. If you love what I do, please feel free to share. I am a one girl production and can use all of the help I can get. Thank you and I hope you enjoy these images.
I am so honored to have gotten to work with Ryan on this project. Watch this video to see a 30 second stop animation of Ms Anna creating the beautiful hive painting. Though it wasn’t planned, Ms Anna’s Mother Heron totem makes an appearance at the beginning of the video. Please watch the whole video to see and hear about Ryan’s work to create natural homes for Honey Bees throughout the Chicagoland area. While his project received full funding in just a few days of his kickstarter, Ryan can use more funding for even bigger visions for the bees. Some of his visions include an official bee park and garden within the city. More of his kickstarter can be found online https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/ryanfalenlee/rivendell-apiaries
Oh my goodness, Frozen! Frozen parties are everywhere this summer and I wanted to share a few of the events and designs I have created over the past few weeks with you! I think I’ve done four Frozen birthdays, one Frozen store event, and two groups of dancers all for the Frozen theme. I even made custom Elsa creations from anything like mustaches and princess crowns, butterflies, bunnies, and kitties.
I painted well over 200 faces during the three day festival, not to mention the 60 faces I painted the thursday night before at a design office party. It was a lot of work but it was worth it. I also got a few young art collectors out of the deal as two young girls came to raid my $5 sketch pile. I also sold several copies of Everybody Hoops but me. What a weekend.
